During a thorough at-home inspection, a highly trained associate from our team will meet with you and inspect the roof for potential damage and will provide a quote, if needed. If there is hail or other damage to the roof, we would then recommend having your insurance company come out to evaluate the roof. We recommend comparing our inspection of damages to the insurance inspection documents to ensure that all damages are recognized and accounted for. We will be glad to meet the insurance adjuster to go over any damages that are found on the roof. We have a great relationship with insurance companies and adjusters, as we have been working with them for the last twenty years.
The Roofing Begins
You will be contacted by our scheduling department to let you know when the materials will be delivered and the projected start date of your project. Before our experienced installation crews start your roof, they will set up a safety perimeter zone around your house to ensure safety. We will typically have six to eight crew members working on your house at one time. Roofing jobs are generally done in one day and include a comprehensive clean up. We set the highest expectations for quality and service during the roofing process. Every job is inspected by our Quality Control Manager, this ensures that the job is to the utmost quality and that the job has been cleaned thoroughly.
After We Leave
We will send the workmanship/manufacturer warranty along with the invoice to you via mail. We will send the same invoice to your insurance provider to ensure that they know the repairs have been completed. Our service department will always be here to service any needs you may have. We are here for the life of your roof.
