During a thorough at-home inspection, a highly trained associate from our team will meet with you to inspect the roof for potential damage and provide a quote, if needed. If there is hail or other damage to the roof, we will recommend an evaluation by your insurance company. We recommend comparing our inspection of damages to the insurance inspection documents to ensure all damages are recognized and accounted for. We will be glad to meet the insurance adjuster to go over any damages that are found on the roof. We have a great relationship with insurance companies and adjusters as we have been working with them for the past 20 years.
The Roofing Begins
You will be contacted by our scheduling department to let you know when the materials will be delivered and to give you the projected start date of your project. Before our experienced installation crews start your roof, they will set up a safety perimeter zone around your home. Typically, six to eight crew members will work on your home at one time. Roofing jobs are generally completed in one day and include comprehensive cleanup. We set the highest expectations for quality and service during the roofing process. Every job is inspected by our quality control manager.
After We Leave
We will send the workmanship/manufacturer warranty along with the invoice to you via mail. We will send the same invoice to your insurance provider to ensure they know the repairs have been completed. Our service department will always be here to service any needs you may have. We are here for the life of your roof.
